City in Peril

by [CDS2] of TANJONG KATONG SECONDARY SCHOOL

City in Peril is a top down shooter game. The control scheme is taken from the game Binding of Isaac, WASD to move and arrow keys to attack. The characters are cycled with Q and E and each character has a different attack style and relative effectiveness against certain enemies. Players have to avoid enemies quickly and swap to the appropriate character to survive. The game is very unforgiving in the sense death restarts the whole game. Our beta testers raged quit when they died at the boss and had to restart the game so we placed one checkpoint there.
